By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Use. Please read it carefully. When you use any current or future LE MEA clothing services you will be subjected to these guidelines. LE MEA clothing reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add, to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the services. We suggest that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

 

PRIVACY

LE MEA clothing uses personal information like your name, address, email and phone number only for the shipping of products. Personal information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

​All prices on the site are in euros sterling and include VAT and applicable taxes. Shipping and delivery fees are not included. To understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you may provide to us via the Services, including personal information, please review our privacy policy.

The prices displayed are quoted in Euros. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery costs. We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Paypal, Bank contact, Visa and Mastercard.

 

DELIVERY

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item(s) back by following our return policy. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.

For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification. Please note that you are responsible for paying the delivery costs at checkout (including costs of return). LE MEA clothing will not calculate, invoice or collect any taxes, duties, import fees or charges other than shipping costs at checkout.

Purchased items will be delivered worldwide by our standard delivery service PostNL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number​. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, because we do not have control over this. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

 

Confirmation email

If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our customer service team at info@lemeaclothing.com

 

OUR ITEMS

The images of the items on the website or mobile are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display can accurately display the colour of the item.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)

LE MEA clothing will make an effort to deliver the ordered item(s) by complete and in good condition. We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items caused by the delivery company. In case the delivered item(s) are damaged or not complete, we request you to contact us as soon as possible.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

LE MEA clothing offers you the option to return certain items within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original LE MEA clothing tags still attached. Items that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. LE MEA clothing reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet to these conditions. Any costs sustained by the customer to return a product are non-refundable. When returning products, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company. As soon as we received your return, it will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

LE MEA clothing reserves the right to monitor any and all use of the Services. LE MEA clothing also reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/ or unauthorized use of the Services and/ or materials.

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and LE MEA clothing with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written, oral, or otherwise.
